THE DO’S AND DON’TS OF ACCEPTING ADVICE
Take advice from people, but know that any advice given by others is just their perception of what is happening and it is what they believe is happening. Know that your mind + possibilities = limitless.
Bad Advice
Example 1: "You need to meditate for hours before you can achieve that!"
This is a mental block, you can do anything at anytime and however you want to; if you can bypass all of your mental blocks.
Example 2: I am good with fire so that means I am bad at making things cool.
Again, this is a mental block, you can do
both equally and excel limitlessly in both.
Acceptable Advice
Example 3: Everyone has the power to draw on energy and use it.
This is a mental shortcut, believing you have energy gives your mind something easier to work with. It is the most commonly used method for learning "abilities".
Whatever your mindset is, that is what will happen. I will tell you that meditation is good for clearing your mind, if you can clear your mind and focus without meditation, then don't meditate. But I recommend it, plus it is healthy for stress reduction. Again, if you can reduce stress at will, then this is also useless. See the state of mind I am setting? People can show their Ideas and recommend what they will but it is ultimately up to you how you perceive things. Read until your eyes are about to fall out of your head and come up with your own conclusion and your own way to do things. Sit down and do what feels best for you. This is the easiest advice to follow but the hardest, because coming up with your own perspective will be harder than you think.
A NEW PERSPECTIVE OF TELEKENESIS (My Perspective)
With telekinesis I have had results in as soon as a week. The thing to remember is that your brain can do anything. I can explain.
Start with the psiwheel. Starting off with something light allows you to see if you are moving it even the slightest bit and you can gauge how you need to think or feel in order to get the best results. When you feel confident enough on the wheel, move to a pen, or maybe even just a toothpick. It is also a good idea to start with something easy for the sake of building confidence. If you start with something to hard and do not succeed it may discourage you. And don't get mad if it is not working, I tried for about 45 minutes for the first week and got nothing, it could take weeks or months before you see a result, just keep trying different mind states.
Moving the wheel is only as hard as you make it out to be. Your brain can do it if you can trick it. Your brain will always say these things are impossible, so you must make it think otherwise. Remember, the brain creates everything you see. With this in mind you know that if you could just control that part of your brain that creates then you, in turn could create anything! May it be movement, wind, electricity, maybe even an object!
Next, know that if you want this to be a complicated process, it will be a complicated process. I will tell you what I do to move the wheel.
I put my hand about 6 inches away from the wheel and feel it moving, and then it moves. That’s it! I do get a tingle in my hand when this happens though. But I don't need meditation or concentration techniques. I don't have to draw energy, or anything. I can sit down and spin that wheel in 0-3 minutes depending on distractions. The key thing to learn from this passage is that you FEEL it move.
As for what I am feeling I just imagine that I can feel the wheel in my hand (sometimes I really can) and I just feel the wheel moving. As if you were moving a muscle that you don't normally move. It is a part of you and you are now moving it. Feel your hand sensing the wheel’s "energy". Don’t ask it to move, don’t even will it. Feel it moving like you move your arm.
Do not make things complicated for your brain. Your brain can do it without all these thoughts of drawing energy, but you can use this technique if it works for you. A lot of people will tell you about things like drawing energy but it is merely something that your brain can use as a physical relationship between your will and the object. In other words, you can move it however you want to, but believing you have energy seems to be the easiest and most commonly used method.
Another thing to remember, NEVER think about it. Never think about words or saying what you are going to do. This is from my experience but I believe that it keeps things simple. Feel the wheel in your hand and move it!
Have you ever had a muscle you couldn't move before? Like an eyebrow, your nostrils or maybe your ears? It’s like trying to move a muscle you have never even heard of. It is hard to move a muscle that you haven't moved before. Example:
You try to move your ear for the first time. Not having any luck because you don’t know what it feels like to move your ear, but then it jumps! You moved the muscle! Then you can get it to move one out of every ten tries. Then, one day, you can move this muscle any time you want, your brain is getting used to it but the muscle is still weak, so keep moving it in order to make it stronger.
This is the same type of feeling for a psiwheel or anything you want to move with your mind, except it’s harder with your mind because your mind thinks it is impossible. Or maybe you have not realized that your mind is creating everything around you and that learning to control it in your own way is just the last piece of the puzzle. Just move it, feel it move, and tell yourself a few things before you start. Things like, this is easy, I can do it, and right when you think you are about to spin it you might say to yourself “Look, there it goes!” Even if its not and see the results that you get.
Here is a good tip. Try it on a night that you stay up really late. I find that when I am very tired I have a lot more luck because another key is to stay calm. Your calm, your cool, your moving that psiwheel!
PROCESS OF THOUGHT (Think like This)
If that is what you think, that is what will be. Everything around you is created by your brain. Your brain actually creates the cement you walk on and the air you breathe. If something is massive and made of steel your brain gives it a property of being heavy. The world is nothing but an enormous web of atoms that your brain can mold and comprehend into a world perceivable by your consciousness.
It takes the same amount of brain power to move your arm (a bunch of atoms) as it does a rock (... also a bunch of atoms.) it is just a matter of connecting yourself to the other mass of atoms.
Your brain makes a map of your body. You can move anything within this map. If your leg is cut off, it takes an awful long time for your brain to realize that you aren't bending it at the knee any more because that map has to slowly adjust to the new setting. Being able to understand that the psiwheel is a part of you and map that, then you could move it, just like your arm (because everything is atoms, everything is connected). If it takes the same amount of brain power to move an arm or a wheel then it takes the same amount of brain power to do anything you please. It will just take time to tell your brain things are not heavy; in fact every single thing in the universe is made of 99.9% vacuum. How heavy can that be?
If an atom were the size of a stadium, the nucleus would be the size of a marble. Not only is the nucleus of an atom so small, scientists have noticed that every once and a while it blinks in and out of existence along with its electrons. In other words, we really don't know where it is going. If an atom is 99.9% vacuum and the only miniscule piece of “matter” that is in there is blinking in and out of existence every once and a while then why doesn't my mass of atoms (my body) smack up against the wind? Or go through a wall? There is nothing to them at all! The only way there can be anything “physical” is if the mind created an illusion of this "reality" that we live in. It is the only thing that makes sense. The atoms are programmed to interact in certain ways. Electrons in the atoms of a desk build up a charge and push your atoms away before they even touch. This is the illusion of our physical reality.
